Park Hyatt’s Harbour Kitchen & Bar is situated in The Rocks overlooking the absolutely stunning Circular Quay, with sweeping views of the Opera House and the Sydney CBD. On a bright sunny day, there is perhaps no other place in Sydney where you would rather be.

A premier location like this almost always has a premium fine dining experience associated with it. Harbour Kitchen & Bar is no exception. Although pricey, the food here is absolutely delicious. We had the pork and lamb main dishes and these were divine. While the portions were small (I’m a fan of bigger servings), the impeccable presentation and delicious taste of the dishes left me with nothing to complain.

As expected, they had an extensive wine list to choose from as well. And the service staff, also as expected, were friendly, warm and very attentive. All in all we found Harbour Kitchen & Bar to be a truly wonderful dining experience.

Please note that the Park Hyatt Harbour Kitchen & Bar (as well as the hotel itself) is currently undergoing renovations and will closed to public until November 2011. Judging by their teaser photo (shown above), I can’t wait to visit again once it reopens!
