A visit to this restaurant wasn’t a planned affair. It was after 9pm and we were walking the streets of Melbourne looking for a second option for dining after the first had fallen through. Due to the holidays, nothing much was open so I was thrilled when we managed to get a table here.

Having finally found a way inside (again, very Melbourne) we were greeted by a modern, swish looking restaurant interior that oozed class. Great looking kitchen, open spaces and plenty of glass made us happy with our decision to dine here.

Unfortunately that’s where the happiness ended. We both ordered pasta dishes and much to our surprise they were mediocre at best. For a restaurant this classy (and with great reviews) I was expecting a lot better! Definitely won’t be coming back.
